Laurie McLaughlin PT, DSc, FCAMT, CMAG, MCPA A fully accredited specialist in orthopaedic physiotherapy, Laurie has been practising for more than 25 years. Her creative approaches to treatment have helped thousands of Canadians to decrease or alleviate their pain, and improve their functionality. A strong believer in teaching as a way of increasing one's own knowledge, Laurie has also been passionate about sharing the insights she has gained while treating patients. To this end, since 1987 she has developed and taught a wide variety of advanced continuing education courses for physiotherapists, kinesiologists, naturopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists and a broad range of other healthcare professionals worldwide. Laurie is also a gifted author and speaker whose regularly published columns, articles, newsletters, and other educational materials continue to inspire many people to focus on health, wellness and the pursuit of an active lifestyle in their day-to-day lives.
